Relentless beach bum and Surf Girl Magazine centrefold, Phil caught some of the most gnarly waves around from Waikiki and J-Bay, to Newquay and ‘Viccy’ Dock.
Alas, as the modelling work began to dry up, Phil was forced to perform in a series of dubious and degrading ‘niche’ movies, a personal nadir being ‘Skippy: in the bush … and outback’.
Now that is all behind him and, once again, he’s riding the crest of a wave, as a designer surrounded by a big bunch of Bluestorm brahs … total wipeout, as they say.
